Terms & Conditions

The terms on which you may use this website and enquire about our services.

Last updated: October 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Aviation Medicals website, operated by Aviation Medicals. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with other users.

Nature of the information provided

The content on this website is general guidance about aviation medical certification and does not constitute individual medical advice. It must not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional assessment. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome or certification: medical fitness is assessed case by case, and regulatory decisions on certification are made in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements.

Appointments and enquiries

Submitting the website enquiry form or otherwise contacting us is a request, not an instant or confirmed booking. An appointment is only arranged once we have confirmed it with you directly.

Fees

Fees for our services are set out on our Prices page and are also available on enquiry. Please note that the CAA statutory charge, where applicable, is separate from the examiner's fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Our arrangements for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, including any notice period and charges, are set out in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, text and graphics on this website are owned by or licensed to Aviation Medicals and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

External links

This website may contain links to external sites, including the UK CAA. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of external websites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
